Compensation & Benefits

The selected candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate within the range of $16–$25 per hour, paid semimonthly. Additionally, they will have access to benefits such as paid training, health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with inspections, diagnostics and repairs.
• Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and brake inspections.
• Read, understand and perform requested services as outlined in repair orders.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Keep records of all repairs and services performed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Work toward certifications and training through Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's technician development programs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or vocational training (preferred, but not required).
• Knowledge of automotive technology and repair methods.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
