Job summary

Lithia Toyota of Jackson is seeking an entry-level service team member to perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic maintenance services in a busy, well‑organized shop. You will conduct multi‑point inspections and learn quickly with training and mentorship, contributing to a clean, safe work area and accurate documentation.

The role offers paid training, development opportunities, and a path to advancement into Service Technician roles as you prove your skills and reliability.

Qualifications

• Entry-level automotive or quick-lube experience.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dealership environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop setting.
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
• Minimum age: 18.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic maintenance services.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Document services performed clearly and correctly.
• Communicate maintenance recommendations to Service Advisors.
• Support Technicians and Shop Foreman as needed.
