Swift Recon is seeking an Express Technician to join our team. You will perform high-quality mechanical repairs in a fast-paced, climate-controlled shop environment and contribute to customer satisfaction.

The role offers full-time hours, hourly pay of $20-$24, and opportunities for on-the-job training and certifications. A safe, supportive work culture is emphasized as part of our commitment to employees.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Brake pad and rotor replacement
• Front and rear struts and shocks
• Tire mounting and balancing
• Wheel alignments
• Basic oil and filter services
• Inspect and top off vehicle fluids
• Check tire pressure and adjust as needed
• Communicate with Parts when items are needed
• Document work performed on the repair order
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Care for company tools and equipment
• Follow all safety and environmental guidelines
• Support teammates and help where needed
