Principle Hyundai Boerne is seeking an Automotive Technician Trainee to start a paid training path and progress toward Master Technician. You’ll work in a climate-controlled shop, receive ASE sponsorship, and earn a retention bonus based on hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Express Technician, Lube Technician, or automotive maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening requirements.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and routine maintenance.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Identify maintenance concerns and communicate findings to service advisors.
• Assist with diagnosing vehicle issues and recommending appropriate repairs.
• Ensure vehicles are serviced safely and according to manufacturer standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
