Job summary

Honda Cars of Rock Hill is seeking a Lube Technician to perform express lube duties on vehicles at our Rock Hill location. Responsibilities include oil and filter changes, lubrication of steering components, and reporting needed repairs to service advisors.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to participate in required training. Regular hours with potential weekends; a clean, safe work environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Demonstrable mechanical skills and knowledge.
• Technical training or commensurate technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to express lube guidelines.
• Performs lube, oil and filter changes by draining and replacing oil and filter, and lubricating joints and steering components.
• Reports all necessary repairs to service advisor.
• Installs LOF reminder sticker in vehicle.
• Checks and refills coolant, fluids and tire pressure as needed.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and no fluid residue on release.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
• Keeps work area organized and safe.
• Participates in required training and records hours accurately.
• Follows safeguards, company policies and safety rules.
