Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform scheduled maintenance and build customer loyalty by delivering trustworthy, high-quality service. You will coordinate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors, document all work, and stay current with factory bulletins and OEM training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six (6) months as an express/quick lube technician; OEM experience preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Valid in-state driver's license and maintaining a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following dealer and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
