Lithia & Driveway Elk Grove Ford is seeking an Express Lube Manager to oversee all express lube staff, ensuring outstanding customer service and meeting Lithia's performance targets.

You will hire, train, and develop express service personnel and must be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Elk Grove, CA with a competitive monthly salary and incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Domestic brand experience highly preferred.
• A team player who is focused on providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residency.
