Job summary

Academy CDJR in Tipton, IN is seeking an Express Lane Technician to join our Service Department. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and routine maintenance, and complete multi-point vehicle inspections.

You will check and maintain fluid levels, perform basic repairs, and follow dealership safety procedures, keeping your work area clean. We welcome applicants with automotive service experience; we are willing to train the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic.

Academy CDJR is looking for a motivated, dependable Express Lane Technician to join our growing Service Department!

What You'll Do:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and other routine maintenance
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
• Check and maintain fluid levels
• Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance
• Follow dealership safety and service procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide quality workmanship and excellent customer service

What We're Looking For:

• Previous automotive service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and motivated work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
