Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Express Care Team in the Greater Peoria Region of Illinois. The role includes limited on-site lab and X-ray, with 8am–8pm clinic hours and 365 days per year open access.
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Nursing or as a Physician Assistant and maintain Illinois RN and APN/PA licensure. This position requires flexibility to float to other Urgent Care/Express locations within the region and to work varied shifts.
Qualifications

- Current Illinois registered nurse and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure.
