Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.
• Two years of clinical practice preferred.
• Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure.

Responsibilities

• Join an established outpatient-only practice; no panel of primary care patients.
• 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm) on M-F; 8-hour shifts (9am–5pm) on Saturday and Sunday.
• Every other weekend rotation required.
• Convenient Care is open 7 days a week: 8am–8pm Monday-Friday, and 9am–5pm Saturday and Sunday.
• Works with a collaborative team including the physician, APP, nurse and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting.
• Able to consult with specialists across the organization.

Education
