Waves Express Car Wash in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a friendly and sales-driven Membership Sales Associate (MSA) for a full-time role. You will educate customers about Wash Club memberships, process transactions at the POS, and help drive daily sales while delivering exceptional service.

The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, work outdoors, and maintain a positive customer-focused attitude in varying weather. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers and educate them on Wash Club memberships and services.
• Promote and sell memberships toward daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Waves Express Car Wash is proud to be recognized as one of the best in the Upstate and South Carolina. We’re looking for motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Full-Time Membership Sales Associates (MSAs).

What You’ll Do

Membership Sales & Customer Service

• Engage with customers and educate them on the benefits of our Wash Club Memberships and available wash services.
• Actively promote and sell Wash Club Memberships while working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Build relationships with customers and create a positive, welcoming experience.
• Answer questions, address concerns, and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Maintain a positive attitude and represent the Waves brand with pride.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and presentable sales area.
• Remain present in the sales lanes during varying weather conditions and be prepared to stand for extended periods.

Car Wash Operations

• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel while checking for loose parts, antennas, bumpers, headlights, and aftermarket accessories.
• Identify vehicles that may require special attention or pre-wash preparation, including heavy dirt or dirty tires and rims.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete assigned checklists.
• Monitor chemical levels, refill or change chemicals, and assist with preventative maintenance and basic equipment repairs as needed.
• Maintain clean vacuum areas, the tunnel, parking lot, and customer amenities.
• Empty trash, clean windows, wipe down equipment, sweep the parking lot, pressure wash designated areas, and perform other cleaning duties as needed.

Administrative & Team Responsibilities

• Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer transactions.
• Enter new membership applications and assist customers with account updates.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and membership information.
• Complete required hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and reports.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Work closely with site leadership and teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow company policies and procedures.

Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
