Job summary

Greencastle Chevrolet is seeking an Express Technician to perform quick maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections. You will diagnose minor issues and clearly communicate recommendations to service advisors while ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• ASE certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification within the first year of employment
• Detail-oriented and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and deliver results efficiently
• Passion for cars and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform quick, accurate maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and multi-point inspections
• Conduct thorough multi-point inspections to identify additional service requirements
• Diagnose minor vehicle issues and communicate recommendations clearly to service advisors
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain maintenance and repair recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold efficiency and safety standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service, representing our dealership with pride
• Other duties as assigned by management
