Qualifications

• ASE certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification within the first year of employment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and multi-point inspections.
• Conduct thorough multi-point inspections to identify additional service requirements.
• Diagnose minor vehicle issues and communicate recommendations to service advisors.
• Explain maintenance and repair recommendations clearly to customers and service advisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold efficiency and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the dealership with pride.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
