You will handle oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and multi-point inspections while communicating repairs clearly to service advisors. ASE certification is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform quick, accurate maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and multi-point inspections
• Conduct thorough multi-point inspections to identify additional service requirements
• Diagnose minor vehicle issues and communicate recommendations clearly to service advisors
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain maintenance and repair recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold efficiency and safety standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service, representing our dealership with pride
• Other duties as assigned by management
