Job summary

Gresham Toyota in Gresham, OR is seeking an entry-level Lube Tech for its express lane. You will support two-technician-per-bay flow, perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and assist in inspections under Toyota procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior express service or automotive maintenance experience preferred
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Reliable and punctual; two-technician-per-bay model depends on consistent staffing
• Detail-oriented; proper torque procedures and accurate inspections
• Team-first attitude and ability to work with experienced technicians
• Willingness to complete Toyota manufacturer training and follow safety policies

Responsibilities

• Work in a two-technician-per-bay express environment supporting flat-rate technicians
• Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid checks and top-offs, tire pressure adjustments and basic maintenance
• Complete multi-point inspections and communicate findings to service advisors
• Follow Toyota maintenance procedures, dealership processes and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and shop leadership
