The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and on-the-job training. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive program enrollment or completion preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Prior maintenance/repair experience a plus (training provided).
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery tests, and filter replacements.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to the service team.
• Maintain clean and organized service bays and tools.
• Safely drive customer and dealership vehicles in and out of service areas.
• Complete repair orders accurately and on time.
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates about vehicle needs.
• Participate in on-the-job and manufacturer training.
