Job summary

Fox Auto Team in El Paso, TX is seeking an Express Technician to join our team. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles in a fast-paced shop, delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Requirements include knowledge of automotive systems, ability to work quickly and accurately, a valid driver's license, steel toe footwear, and the ability to pass pre-employment screening. We offer PTO, health, dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening.
• Steel toe/composite boots required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical diagnosis with efficiency and accuracy
• Complete work as assigned on repair orders in a timely fashion
• Examine vehicles for both safety and maintenance items
• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks on vehicles
• Notify other service personnel if work cannot be completed as promised
• Keep and update all training and certifications
• Understand and follow all state and federal regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Other tasks as assigned
