• Strong written and oral communication; ability to build relationships.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a team.
• Strong quantitative background and understanding of risk/pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve exposure reporting and processes across desks and regions.
• Analyze market trends and relate them to desk activities to share insights.
• Review proposed trades and ensure capitalization for exposures.
• Ensure compliance with risk mandates across trading desks and products.
• Conduct daily reviews of desk exposures, changes, and stress results.
• Communicate with Trading Desks, Risk Officers, Product Control, and Technology teams.
