PrimeSource Building Products, Inc. in Medley, FL is seeking an Export Project Coordinator to support its Export Department.

The role focuses on documenting product details, scheduling shipments, and preparing country-specific paperwork to ensure smooth international orders. You will work with Trade Compliance, sales teams, and customers, enter data into Salesforce and SAP, and help expand profitable exports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years sales or telemarketing experience preferred.
• Strong PC skills including Windows and MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com preferred; ability to learn new tech quickly.

Responsibilities

• Supports Export Inside/Outside Sales function with proper documentation for product, pricing, and contents.
• Schedules, checks in, and releases containers/flat beds to freight forwarders for export shipments.
• Prepares country-specific paperwork to satisfy free trade agreements and certificates of origin; obtains affidavits of qualification from suppliers.
• Coordinates with Trade Compliance to ensure export documents are complete.
• Enters RMAs and credits in system; coordinates with operations on approvals.
• Engages customers via email and Teams; supports profitable sales expansion through product recommendations.
• Responsible for documenting calls in Salesforce and handling daily tasks efficiently.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support company mission and goals.

PrimeSource Building Products Inc., one of the nation's largest wholesale distributors of building supply products, has an immediate opportunity for an Export Project Coordinator in our Medley Florida facility, in support for PrimeSource’s Export Department.

This Export Project Coordinator role will provide support for PrimeSource Export Inside/Outside Sales function. Some responsibilities include the following:

• Provides proper support documentation that aligns product, pricing and contents for PS Export Team
• For export shipments, schedule, check in and release of containers/flat beds to freight forwarders.
• Prepares/executes proper paperwork that is country specific to eliminate PS/Customer liability such as free trade agreements, certificates of origin, and similar.
• Manages process of obtaining affidavits of qualification from suppliers and issuing to customers certificates of origin for applicable free trade agreements.
• Works with Trade Compliance on ensuring that all export documentation is complete.
• Enters RMA’s into system and coordinates with ops to determine if return is necessary
• Enters Credits into system and coordinates with ops to determine if credit is warranted.
• Engages customers via various communication vehicles such as; email, email solicitations, Teams, etc.
• Assists IS/OS with profitable sales expansion through product recommendations to fully cube containers.
• Responsible for customer communication as it relates to route changes.
• Responsible for utilization of salesforce.com to document calls.
• Completes daily work tasks diligently and efficiently.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management to address and provide effective support of company mission, values and goals.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years of sales or telemarketing experience preferred/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
