Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and partners.
• Ability to pass TSA background screening for air cargo.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Export Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee the entire export process, ensuring shipments move efficiently and in compliance with all international trade regulations. You will work closely with carriers, customers, and internal teams to manage export documentation, logistics coordination, and customer service.

• Technical Skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CargoWise a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot shipment delays, customs issues, and carrier coordination.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with clients and international partners.
• Security Requirement: Must be able to pass a formal TSA background screening as required for handling air cargo.
