• Address any issues that arise during the shipping process promptly.
• Review and troubleshoot carrier issues related to overseas shipments, including cargo tracking and documentation.
• Work closely with Global Trade Compliance and handle AMS TC requests.
• Support the freight settlement process for international shipments.

Job Description:

The Export Logistics Specialist is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for and deliver results in the logistics group / function. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Export Logistics Specialist to join our logistics team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth processing and coordination of ocean export shipments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, SAP, and e-commerce logistics. You will play a key role in managing the flow of goods from our warehouse to international destinations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Profile:

• High level of attention to detail
• Must be well organized
