Job summary

LOGISTEED America in Mineola, NY is hiring an Export Logistics Coordinator (Entry-Level Training Provided). You will learn export operations, coordinate shipments, and support documentation and customer service in a global logistics setting.

This role offers on-the-job training, standard Mon-Fri hours 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, and a path into freight forwarding and international transportation within a growing logistics organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments using air, ocean, and ground transportation services.
• Prepare, review, and process shipping and export documentation.
• Ensure shipments comply with customer requirements and transportation regulations.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, warehouses, and overseas partners to facilitate timely deliveries.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and shipment data within company systems.
• Prioritize multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Support inventory verification, shipment labeling, packing, and shipment preparation activities as operational needs require.
• Assist with safety initiatives and quality standards.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities within Export Operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Approximately two-thirds of work time is spent in a climate-controlled office environment, with the remaining time spent in a warehouse setting.
