As we continue to scale, the reliability, security, and maturity of our cloud platform are critical to our success. We are looking for a Principal DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team and help lead the next stage of our infrastructure, developer platform, and software delivery maturity.
This is a hands‑on technical leadership role for someone who has deep experience with cloud‑native infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, automation, and secure software delivery. The ideal candidate has experience working in a platform engineering environment and has helped engineering teams move faster through reusable tools, standardized patterns, self‑service capabilities, and clear operational guardrails.
You will help define and implement platform capabilities that improve release reliability, developer productivity, infrastructure resiliency, security, and operational excellence across our SaaS platform.
In this role, success means helping EV Connect make meaningful progress toward a more reliable, scalable, and developer‑friendly platform. Within the first 6–12 months, this person should help us:

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 142,400 - USD 213,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short‑term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
