Job summary

National Beef is seeking an Export Auditor for our Liberal, Kansas facility. The role focuses on auditing export products, ensuring specifications, and coordinating with management on SOPs. Weekend shifts and variable hours are expected.

The position requires strong communication, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. On-site work with family-friendly benefits and opportunities to progress within a leading beef producer.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; bilingual preferred but not required.
• Excellent work ethic, attendance, and safety record.
• Professional attitude/conduct.
• Basic knowledge of export products and processes.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Availability to work any shift.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• Will work weekends with some Sundays and Holidays.
• Will work mid shift and 1st shift as needed.
• Willingness to use required personal protective equipment.
• Able and willing to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Export Auditor responsibilities include but are not limited to
• Conduct Export Product Audits to ensure specifications are met
• Ongoing communication with management regarding Export Standard Operating Procedures
• Participate in Audit rotation
• Packaging audits for appearance, leakers and low vacuums
• Preparing product showcase for customer visits
• Audit grade changes for export products and programs
• Saturday hours required when scheduled
• Other Duties as assigned

Responsibilities

Export Auditor responsibilities include but are not limited to
