Job summary

City Hall Steak and Cocktails in Jenks, OK is seeking a motivated Expo/Pass Staff member to coordinate orders and uphold plate presentation standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will work closely with servers and kitchen staff, ensure timely delivery, maintain a clean pass, and help sustain high quality and guest satisfaction. Weekend availability and a Tulsa health license are required, with health insurance and flexible schedules offered.

Qualifications

• Previous expo experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and passion for food presentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Food handler license from Tulsa Health Department.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders and relay to kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Perform quality control by checking plates for accuracy, portions, garnish, and presentation.
• Manage timing so all items for a table are ready together.
• Maintain a clean, organized pass area and ensure proper food temperatures.
