Truluck’s Ocean’s Finest Seafood & Crab is seeking a Professional Food Expeditor / Food Runner to join our culinary team. Successful candidates will bring hospitality experience, professionalism, accountability, and teamwork to ensure every plate reflects our standards.

As an Expo/Runner, you will help communicate menu details, coordinate deliveries from kitchen to table, garnish with fresh ingredients, and support leadership in maintaining quality and timely service.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 9 hours.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform, including proper footwear.
• Clear and accurate communication.
• Command of the English or Spanish language.

Responsibilities

• Perform functions in accordance with performance standards.
• Expo set up, running side work, and closing duties.
• Maintain product knowledge through continuous training.
• Garnish dishes with proper garnishment.
• Report any food quality or presentation issues to Chef and/or Leadership.
• Maintain awareness of ticket times and report any issues to Chef and/or Leadership.
• Maintain service line safety and sanitation; report concerns to Chef and/or Leadership.
• Ensure timely delivery of food from kitchen to designated table.
• Work with teamwork always in mind.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Leadership Team.

Compensation
