The Sicilian Butcher in Fort Worth is seeking an energetic Expo/Food Runner to keep dining room service smooth and guests happy. You’ll coordinate between servers and kitchen, speed up expediting, and help in final dish prep.

Qualifications

• Must have a current food handler's card or be able to obtain one.

• High school diploma; hospitality degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the waiters to the kitchen.
• Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature.
• Deliver orders quickly to maintain fast service.
• Coordinate and transfer information between the kitchen and waitstaff.
• Assist in final preparation of dishes and quality checks.
• Handle guest complaints to preserve the restaurant’s reputation.
• Support other tasks as needed (e.g., phone orders).
