Job summary

Old Glory Distilling Restaurant in Clarksville, TN is seeking an Expo to support the culinary team during shifts. You will help prepare dishes, ensure portion sizes and presentation meet standards, and maintain clean, sanitary stations throughout service.

The role requires teamwork, the ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and stamina for up to 8 hours of fast-paced work with frequent bending and movement. This is a hands-on position in a bustling kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Work well with others as a team.
• Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
• Exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length.
• Requires use of motion that entails bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Working with culinary team members assisting you throughout the shift
• Maintains a clean and sanitary station everyday (all utensils, pans, equipment, etc)
• Responsibility for quality of plates served
• Complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedure
• Portions food products prior to opening according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, and refrigeration equipment
• Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
• Handles, stores and rotates all products properly
• Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
