Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or recognized equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English sufficient to perform the following tasks.
• Read and comprehend process instructions and record pertinent information.
• Must possess basic PC skills to navigate menus and print documents.

Responsibilities

• Tends machines or processes as directed by area supervisor.
• Maintains safe, orderly work practices and uses necessary safety equipment.
• Attends shift and department meetings as directed.
• Loads raw materials and transports materials as required to ensure smooth flow.
• Maintains process records and clean, organized work area.
• May handle hazardous waste under supervision after training.
