Critical Materials Group in Ballinger, TX is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to receive, store, issue, and ship energetic materials in support of DoD production and testing. This on-site role operates in magazines, process buildings and outdoor areas under DESR and related regulations.

You will manage receiving, cycle counts, lot tracking and inventory accuracy, support batch manufacturing, and help build inventory processes and ERP-related workflows with cross-functional teams in Supply

Formación

• 3+ years of inventory/materials experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with batch manufacturing and lot-controlled inventory.
• Strong ERP/MRP experience; ERP implementation or process-build experience preferred.
• Proven experience building or improving inventory systems and processes.
• Strong understanding of receiving, inventory control, production consumption, and traceability.
• Willingness to work hands-on in a fast-paced, early-stage manufacturing environment.
• Must obtain and maintain HAZMAT shipping certification.

Responsabilidades

• Manage receiving, inventory movements, material issuance, cycle counts, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory, locations, lot numbers, and material traceability.
• Support batch manufacturing, including material consumption, yields, scrap, and adjustments.
• Help build inventory processes, controls, and SOPs from the ground up.
• Support ERP implementation and help translate shop-floor processes into the system.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Production, and Finance to maintain inventory accuracy.
