Job summary

McCallum Powder is seeking a Site Supervisor for its Onalaska, WA site. The role requires on-site presence Monday through Friday and may include some weekend hours, with a focus on safe storage, accurate inventory, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience, strong recordkeeping skills, and the ability to pass ATF background checks and a pre-employment drug screen. A valid driver's license and outdoor work readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong recordkeeping and inventory skills are essential.
• Must pass ATF background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the explosives storage magazine.
• Maintain accurate inventory of explosives products and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Coordinate incoming explosive deliveries and access control.
• Enforce site safety procedures and environmental conditions.
• Maintain logs and documentation for inspections and licenses.
• Report safety concerns or inventory discrepancies to management.
• Work on-site Monday–Friday with possible weekend hours.
• Lift up to 50–100 lbs as required.
