Job summary

Orica in Poultney, VT is seeking a CDL Class B Driver to join our USA Commercial team. You will operate bulk trucks to deliver blasting products to mining, quarry, and construction sites, with 40% driving and 60% field work in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL required (Class A a plus).
• Tanker endorsement preferred.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Willingness to obtain endorsements; support will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
• Safely hook up and unhook trailers.
• Operate emulsion tanker trucks and box trucks.
• Handle raw materials and hazardous goods per safety rules.
• Minimize environmental impact via waste control practices.
• Report incidents immediately.
• Participate in daily toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings.
