Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services is hiring an Explosive Detection K9 (K9) Handler to work at client sites, partnering with a trained Explosive Detection Canine to conduct searches in buildings, docks, and open areas.

This position offers a company vehicle, paid training, and a K9 stipend. A minimum of two years in military, law enforcement, or corrections is required; licensing varies by state. Training and ongoing support are provided to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with a trained Explosive Detection K9 to conduct searches at client sites.
• Assist with security protocols alongside clients, law enforcement, and security personnel.
• Train the Explosive Detection K9 daily and ensure safety and welfare.
• Follow all regulatory protocols and use required technology.
