Job summary

Fike Corporation is seeking a Project Manager - Explosion Protection to lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and commissioning across high-risk protection systems. You will coordinate field verifications, attend meetings, and provide technical leadership from conception to completion.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in project management in electrical, mechanical or engineering discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of post-degree project oversight experience.
• Experience or education in fire protection or related hazard protection.
• Willingness to travel ±20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Establish standards, processes, and tools for project governance across the lifecycle.
• Monitor milestones, changes, and technical status reports to drive productivity and quality.
• Manage client and contractor relationships with clear communication channels.
• Escalation handling and issue resolution to keep projects on schedule.
• Analyze project metrics to identify weaknesses and propose improvements and savings.
• Supervise EP Systems Installations Department activities and allocate resources.
• Coordinate commissioning, certification tests, and field verifications with customers.
