Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Exploration Geoscientist to join a fully remote team. You will integrate magnetic, gravity, EM, geochemical, and drilling data to identify and advance mineral exploration targets, develop conceptual models, and design exploration programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Geophysics, Geology, Earth Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 6+ years of relevant mineral exploration experience with strong data integration and interpretation.
• Expertise in processing and interpreting potential field data (magnetics, gravity) and/or electromagnetic data.
• Proficiency in geological interpretation software (Leapfrog, ArcGIS, ioGAS) and geophysical modeling software.
• Experience with geochemical data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong programming skills (Python, R) for data analysis and automation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and interpret geoscience datasets (magnetic, gravity, EM, geochemical, drilling).
