Qualifications

• Master's degree in Geophysics, Geology, or related geoscience field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in exploration geophysics, specifically within the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in seismic interpretation software (e.g., Petrel, OpendTect).
• Strong understanding of seismic acquisition, processing, and interpretation principles.
• Experience with 3D seismic data interpretation and attribute analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret 2D and 3D seismic data to identify geological structures and stratigraphic traps.
• Integrate geophysical data with well logs and other subsurface information.
• Perform seismic attribute analysis, velocity modeling, and inversion studies.
• Generate and mature exploration prospects, assessing geological risk.
