Climate Control Systems of Greenwood, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician III to repair, service, calibrate and commission test systems for end-of-line testing at customer sites and ZF facilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 6+ years of related experience in complex machine maintenance.
• Experience reading blueprints in DIN/ISO standard format (in metrics).
• Experience analyzing blueprints and using mathematics to evaluate complex machine drawings.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical components/parts functionalities.
• Knowledge of machine, tool, equipment, and test systems operations with related repair methods.
• Deep knowledge in electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, install, and rebuild test systems to support validation processes on-site and at customer sites.
• Install equipment, perform test procedures, diagnose mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic issues, and analyze malfunctions.
• Replace motors, pumps, belts, wiring, and related components across multiple disciplines.
• Disassemble and reassemble components, repair valves, pumps, solenoids, and rewire controls.
• Build special assemblies and test fixtures; machine replacement parts.
• Move and install equipment and connect power and air lines.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on test systems.
• Ensure safety devices function properly and maintain a safe work area.
• Document issues, solutions, and repair work; report anomalies to management.
• Train/mentor technicians and engineers in repair, calibration and commissioning.
