The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of fitting, tailoring, and sewing experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Training on equipment and process will be provided.

• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing, pressing, and alteration equipment.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers, fit garments, and mark alteration areas.
• Complete fittings and sewing alterations on time according to service standards.
• Use store technology to organize customer alteration needs and meet productivity goals.
• Educate customers and employees about fit, style, construction, and trends.
• Collaborate with Alterations and Store teams.
