Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/engineering or related field.
Minimum 7 years of software development experience.
Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms.
Expert proficiency in Java, C#, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript with REST/gRPC.
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, IaC tools, and container orchestration.
Strong security, DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and logging knowledge.

The Expert Software Engineer is a highly skilled technical contributor responsible for designing, developing, and delivering advanced, scalable, and secure software solutions. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or
High School Diploma/GED and 10 years preferred work experience.
7 years in software development, including experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms.
Expert proficiency in programming languages and API development (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript; REST/gRPC) with strong understanding of architectural patterns and system design.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Expertise in databases (SQL and NoSQL) and advanced data management practices.
Deep knowledge of security principles, authentication, authorization, and compliance best practices.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and logging (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Splunk).
Strong collaboration, communication, advanced analytical problem-solving skills, and ability to mentor and support engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10 years with a track record of solving complex technical challenges and mentoring engineers.

Physical Demands

Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
