Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans seeks an experienced IT systems professional to manage programming and configuration of internal end user applications and related IT infrastructure in the Philadelphia area.

The role requires 7+ years of enterprise systems experience, expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and modern virtualization/cloud platforms such as VMware, AWS, and Azure. You will lead a cross-functional team and ensure security, compliance, and DR readiness.

Qualifications

• 7 years related work experience.
• Expertise in systems architecture and design for enterprise environments, with strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in virtualization and cloud platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, and Azure, along with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience in automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, and Bash, as well as networking fundamentals including DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance practices, including identity management, zero-trust principles, and regulatory frameworks, plus familiarity with monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Knowledge of CI/CD integration for system deployments and disaster recovery/high availability solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 7 years related work experience
