Job summary

Stonebrook Exterior in Lincoln, NE seeks a Roofing Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Tile, TPO, Shingle, and Metal roofing systems for residential and commercial properties. You will support service calls, warranty tasks, and leak investigations while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of roofing experience; training is available. A valid driver’s license is preferred and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of roofing experience; training provided for the right candidate.
• Experience with Tile, TPO, Shingle, and Metal roofing preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, maintenance, and inspections on Tile, TPO, Shingle, and Metal roofing systems.
• Diagnoses leaks and implements repair solutions.
• Completes service calls, warranty work, and emergency repairs promptly.
• Documents work performed with notes and photos.
• Maintains tools and equipment and adheres to safety standards.
