What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain a robust quality assurance program to support data integrity and accuracy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA or BS degree preferred, or relevant combination of training and experience in healthcare analytics or software engineering
- 3-5 years of experience analyzing medical and pharmacy claims in the healthcare industry
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance testing for a healthcare software development company
- 3+ years of experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working in an Agile environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of healthcare claims data, Risk Adjustment, and Medicare Advantage
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools and using SAS
- Familiarity with quality metrics such as 5-Star, QRS, HEDIS, and Medicaid
