What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and enhance a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Collaborate with development and product teams to implement quality assurance processes and support new customer implementations
- Create and maintain test cases, acceptance criteria, and automation for data quality assurance
- Perform quality assurance tests and document findings for improvement
- Work collaboratively with teams to address and resolve identified issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA or BS degree preferred, or relevant combination of training and experience in healthcare analytics, information systems, or software engineering
- 3-5 years of experience analyzing medical and pharmacy claims in the healthcare industry
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance testing for healthcare software, including automation and test case development
- 3+ years of experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools
- Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, including Claims data, Risk Adjustment, Medicare Advantage, ACA, and Medicaid
- Experience using Business Intelligence tools and SAS
