Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on pizza maker in a fast-paced restaurant or pizzeria setting.
• Skilled in folding a calzone, rolling a stromboli, and building heavy stuffed pizzas.

Responsibilities

• Hand-stretching, tossing, and baking NY-style pizzas, Sicilian pizzas, and stuffed pizzas.
• Assemble and bake calzones, strombolis, and pizza rolls to golden perfection.
• Monitor bake times, rotate pies, and ensure every item has the signature East Coast crunch.
• Prepare dough, proofing, sauces, and toppings daily.
• Maintain a fast-paced, spotless, health-code-compliant kitchen in a busy food court.
