The role covers acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships with 4+ years in-house experience to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across core workflows.

The position offers flexible, remote work for 5–20 hours per week at $100 per hour. ASAP start; must deliver board-ready materials and executive-level deal analysis.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced VPs of corporate development who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We need corporate development VPs with 4+ years running acquisitions, divestitures, or partnerships in-house to create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board approval decks, target screening presentations, synergy analysis exhibits, deal update memos, integration planning decks, and pipeline review materials.
