Ethos is seeking a senior solutions engineer to help train an AI language model for professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across executive-focused workflows, translating complex solutions into compelling slides.

You should bring 4+ years as an SE at a top tech company, exceptional PowerPoint craft, and outstanding written communication. This is a fully remote, freelance-like engagement with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Senior Solutions Engineer or equivalent at a top tech company.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical solutions into executive-ready slides.
• Exceptional PowerPoint skills and precise written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows (technical solution decks, demo storyboards, architecture diagrams, POC results, RFP slides).
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to tailor content for executives and investors.
• Deliver high-quality, concise visuals and narratives that communicate value and impact.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced senior solutions engineers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced senior solutions engineers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We're looking for senior SEs with 4+ years building technical sales presentations at top companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: technical solution decks, demo storyboards, architecture diagrams for executives, POC results presentations, RFP response slides, and value engineering exhibits.

Compensation: $80/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
