City FM's Technical Training Academy seeks a Trades Instructor with deep experience in industrial process plumbing, steam systems, boilers, and water distribution to train Boeing maintenance technicians. You will teach 12-18 technicians in classroom and hands-on settings, focusing on maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and operation of piping systems.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years in industrial trades, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor adult learners.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in industrial plumbing, steam systems, industrial piping, or related mechanical trades.
- Strong knowledge of piping systems, valves, steam distribution, boilers, and water systems.
- Experience training adult learners and mentoring technicians.
Responsabilités
- Deliver classroom and hands-on technical training for Boeing maintenance technicians.
- Instruct on piping materials and systems (steel, stainless, copper, plastic, threaded, welded, grooved).
- Teach operation and troubleshooting of valves, steam and water distribution systems.
- Evaluate trainee performance through practical exercises and skills assessments.
- Support development and continuous improvement of training materials.
- Promote safety and industry best practices across training activities.
