Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and controls.
• 5+ years in technical training or instructional roles.
• Experience with BAS/EMS platforms and HVAC/R programming.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on training for HVAC/R and building controls.
• Design and update training curricula aligned with industry standards.
• Lead lab-based diagnostics, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Adapt teaching methods for diverse learners.
• Assess trainee progress with exams and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with SMEs to reflect current tools and practices.
• Maintain currency on HVAC/R tech, energy standards, BAS/EMS.
• Ensure training complies with EPA Section 608 and safety regs.
