Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years Flexographic printing experience preferred.
• Previous print industry experience required.
• 3+ years machinery repair or manufacturing experience required.
• Possess excellent computer skills.
• Prior experience troubleshooting printing-related challenges.
• Knowledge of plates, stocks, cold foils, hot stamps, screens, inks, and varnishes.
• Must be able to lift 10–15 pounds continuously, up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for the majority of the shift and work overtime/rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up jobs with the Press Assistant.
• Perform routine maintenance on schedule to promote machine stability.
• Monitor printing process to maintain print quality.
• Assist in training others as assigned.
• Comply with safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments on projects/validations.
• Focus on continuous improvement, quality, cycle times, safety, and costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
