Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with adjudicated polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree from a US institution or from the country where the target language is spoken.
• 10+ years of direct adult teaching experience; or a master’s degree with 6–8 years; or 15 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to pass an advanced English proficiency translation assessment at level 5 (Expert).
• ILR Level 5/5/5 in speaking, listening, and reading in Farsi.
• Strong understanding of geopolitical, cultural, regional, and ethnic dynamics of relevant language areas.
• Proficient with MS Office and skilled in online research.

These are full-time in-person positions requiring both teaching and language assessment responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated strong adult teaching experience. Candidates must be passionate about language instruction, experienced in adult education, and capable of adapting materials to meet customized learning needs. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required for this role.
